摘　　要：论述了一种新电热刀具在聚苯乙烯快速成型机上的应用,很好地解决了以前刀具热影响区不均匀的问题,大大提升了热切割中消失模模型的表面质量和尺寸精度。The paper introduces a new cutting tool using on the polystyrene rapid prototyping machine. The heat affected zone of the previous tool is not uniform, this new tool solves the problem and immensely improves the surface quality and the machining accuracy of the model.
