摘  要:采用传统的水性聚氨酯合成工艺,添加市售光敏变色材料(MC粉),制备出具有光敏变色效果的环保型水性聚氨酯涂饰剂。通过激光粒度测试仪、扫描电镜、色差仪、接触角测定仪等对涂饰剂进行表征。结果表明,所制备的光敏变色水性聚氨酯(MC-WPU)涂饰剂变色效果明显;经该涂饰剂整理后的织物表面连续、平滑,且出现类似荷叶表面的乳凸结构;随着MC粉含量的增加,总色差值以及接触角逐渐增大并在MC粉含量为1.6%时达到极大值。The commercial photochromic materials (MC) and waterborne polyurethane were finished on a type of photochromic and environment-friendly waterborne polyurethane ( WPU) finishing agent by traditional synthetic process. The finishing agents were characterized by laser particle size measuring instrument? scanning electron microscope (SEM),color difference machine and contact angle apparatus. The results showed that the color-change effect of photochromic waterborne polyurethane (MC-WPU) finishing agent is remarkable. After coating finishing,the fabric surface is uniform and smooth with breathable tiny pores? and similar to the rough surface of lotus leaves. The total color difference and contact angle were increasing gradually and reached a maximum value at 1. 6 percent with the increasing content of MC powder. The test results showed that MC- WPU has good photosensitive and hydrophobic properties.
