呼吸运动锻炼康复法对稳定期COPD患者肺功能及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨呼吸运动锻炼康复法对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取兴国县6个试点乡镇医院2015年1—12月收治的78例稳定期COPD病例,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组进行常规药物治疗,试验组在常规药物疗法的基础上给予呼吸运动锻炼康复,测定患者治疗前和治疗3个月后肺功能及生活质量相关指标的变化情况。结果肺功能:治疗前2组FEV1%和FEV1/FVC差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,试验组FEV1%和FEV1/FVC较对照组均显著提高(P<0.05)。生活质量:治疗前2组6MWD和SGRQ评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月后,试验组6MWD高于对照组,SGRQ评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论呼吸运动锻炼康复法可明显改善稳定期COPD患者肺功能、提高患者生活质量,且其具有经济、便捷、可操作性强、易于被患者接受等优点,适宜在农村推广应用。Objective To explore the influence of respiratory exercise rehabilitation on pulmonary function and quality of life(QOL)in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 78 stable COPD patients who were treated in 6pilot township hospitals from January 2015 to December 2015 were randomly given conventional drug therapy alone(control group)or in combination with respiratory exercise rehabilitation(experimental group).The lung function and QOL were observed before and after treatment for 3months.Results There were no significant differences in lung function indices(FEV1% and FEV1/FVC)and QOL scores(6MWD and SGRQ)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment for 3months,compared with control group,FEV1%,FEV1/FVC and 6MWD score increased and SGRQ decreased in experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Respiratory exercise rehabilitation can obviously improve lung function and QOL in stable COPD patients with advantages of economy,convenience and high maneuverability and acceptability.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application in rural areas.
