摘 要:将相同聚合度、不同醇解度的聚乙烯醇(PVA)以水作为介质制备PVA水溶液。采用旋转流变仪测试了PVA水溶液的黏度与静置时间的关系,研究PVA水溶液形成水凝胶的过程;并对所形成水凝胶的温度敏感性和动态流变性能进行了研究。结果表明,PVA1788水溶液的黏度不具有时间依赖性,在静置过程中不形成凝胶;PVA1795和PVA1799水溶液为非牛顿流体,且体系的黏度随着静置时间的延长逐渐增大,即形成凝胶,表现出时间依赖性;形成的PVA1795和PVA1799凝胶体系具有温度敏感性,在30℃左右胶体结构破坏;PVA1795水凝胶在低频区呈现出以弹性为主的固态特性,在高频区呈现出以黏性为主的液态特性,PVA1799在0.01~100rad·s^(-1)频率内呈现出由固态转变为凝胶态。PVA wi th the same degree of polymerization and different alcoholysis degree was dissolved in wa-ter to obtain a solution. The relationship between viscosity and standing t ime of PVA solution was invest i-gated by a rotational rheometer in order to research the form hydrogel process from aqueous PVA solution. Temperature sensibility of hydrogel and dynamic rheological properties also were studied. The results showed that the viscosity of the PVA1788 aqueous solution was not dependent upon standing time,indica-ting there was no gel formed. The viscosity of PVA1795 and PVA1 799 aqueous as non-Newtonian fluids increased with standing t ime increase gradual ly, indicating the aqueous form hyd ro g e l, which means thesolution is of time-dependence. PVA1795 and PVA1799 hydrogels were of a temperature sensibility and gel structural damaged at about 30℃. PVA 1795 hydrogel presented mainly solid elastic characterisfrequency region, and viscous liquid-based features in the high frequency region. Solid-state properties of PVA 1799hydrogel changed into gel-state at the range of 0. 01 - 100rad · s .
