摘　　要：首先介绍了运营商大数据发展的现状以及城市规划行业传统的数据支撑方式,其次指出通信数据的特点以及在支撑城市规划行业应用过程中需要构建的理论模型,尤其提出中间层概念,包括人物画像和地理画像2个方面。最后结合人口密度、属性人口、跨城通勤、流动人口等分析案例,介绍具体的行业应用场景。It first introduces the current situation of large-scale data development of operators and the traditional data supporting meth- ods of urban planning industry. Secondly, it points out the characteristics of communication data and the basic models that need to be built in the process of supporting the application of urban planning industry. In particular, the concept of middle layer is put forward, which includes two aspects of portraits and geographical portraits. Finally, combined with the analysis of popula- tion density, population, inter-city commuter and floating population, it introduces the specific industry application scenarios.
