摘　　要：为深入分析共建共享对运营商和铁塔公司的利弊关系,运用传统折现率方式及中国铁塔商务定价模型,从双方公司投资、收益2个维度,对不同场景、不同技术方案下室内分布系统建设方案及投资效益进行比对,进而说明了共建共享对双方利大于弊,彰显了改革的成效和价值。In order to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of co-construction and sharing for operators and tower companies, it compares indoor distribution system construction solution and investment benefits in different scenarios and different technical solution, from the dimensions of investment and earnings. It further explains that co-construction and sharing do more good than harm, reveals the efficiency and values.1
