论新媒体时代教师职业道德规范的重建--基于“公共领域”的语境分析

摘  要:"公共领域"具有久远的学理沿革,兼具多数性、公开性、舆论导向性、公众影响性等诸多特性。随着新媒体时代的不期而至,教师作为公共知识分子在公共领域的"言"与"行"将受到新的考量。新媒体时代身处公共领域的教师的公共权利、公共服务、公共言行日益受到社会的监督,教师的职业道德意识须由自为走向自觉。教师职业道德约束机制的构建以教师道德修养的自觉提升为核心,树立正确的教育观和职业观,以良好的道德修养和道德力量约束自己,自觉践行社会主义核心价值观,以生命自觉去唤醒生命的存在。The "public sphere" has a long history of academic evolution. It has features of majority, openness, guidance of public opinion and public influence. With the unexpected arrival of the new media era, as the public intellectuals, teachers' words and behaviors in the public sphere will be got new examination and consideration. In this era, their public rights, service and words and behaviors are increasingly receiving social supervision. Their consciousness of professional morality should transfer from self-action to self-awareness. With the construction and self-promotion of the teachers~ professional morality as the core, teachers should establish the correct educational and professional views, restrain themselves with the cultivation and power of such morality, practice the core socialist values consciously, and wake up the life existence with the lie consciousness.
