安今益和替勃龙激素补充疗法对围绝经期综合征患者激素水平及糖尿病发病风险的影响

摘　　要：目的观察安今益和替勃龙激素补充疗法对围绝经期综合征患者激素水平及糖尿病发病风险的影响。方法将100例围绝经期妇女随机分为2组,安今益组给予安今益治疗,替勃龙组给予替勃龙治疗,观察2组治疗后性激素、FPG、2h PG、HbA1c、空腹胰岛素及HOMA-IR水平,并采用EZSCAN-糖尿病风险评估系统对2组治疗前后身体不同部位汗腺功能进行分析。结果治疗后安今益组Kupperman评分及LH、FSH水平均明显低于替勃龙组(P均<0.05),而子宫内膜厚度、E2水平均明显高于替勃龙组(P均<0.05);2组FPG、2hPG、HbAlc、空腹胰岛素、HOMA-IR及左手、右手、左脚、右脚ESC数值和EZSCAN刻度值比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);2组均未发生明显不良反应。结论安今益在提高围绝经期妇女雌激素水平方面优于替勃龙,在降低围绝经期妇女糖尿病发病风险方面两种药物差异不明显。Objective It is to observe the effect of Angeliq and hormone replacement therapy with Tibolone on hormone levels and diabetes risk in patients with perimenopausal syndrome. Methods 100 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were randomly divided into 2 groups, Angeliq group was treated with Angeliq, Tibolone group was treated with Tibolone, the levels of sex hormone, FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, fasting insulin and HOMA-IR were observed, and the sweat gland function of different part of body was assessed by EZSCAN-diabetes risk assessment system before and after treatment in both groups. Results After treatment, Kupperman scores and levels of LH, FSH were significantly lower while the endometrial thickness, E2 level were significantly highe in Angeliq group than that in Tibolone group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c, fasting insulin, HOMA-IR and ESC numerical value of left hand, right hand, left foot, right foot and EZSCAN scales between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. No significant adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusion Angetiq has better effect of improving estrogen level than Tibolone in women at perimenopausal stage better than that of the drug, but the difference in effect of reducing diabetes risk in perimenopatzsal women were not significant between the two drugs.
