摘　　要：一二三产业融合发展有助于促进农业增效、农民增收和农村繁荣。基于苏南地区农户的问卷调查与实地调研结果表明,影响一二三产业融合发展的主要问题包括:促进农民增收的利益机制尚未健全;对产业融合的内涵认识存在偏差;融合主体的核心竞争力有待培育;融合的公共服务体系亟须完善以及融合中金融支持服务仍显不足等。据此提出相关政策建议如下:加快建立"保底收益+后续分红"的利益机制;加快推进农村集体资产产权制度改革;加快培育多元化融合主体;加快建设基础设施和公共服务平台;加快创新金融扶持政策和方式;加快推进人才培育和乡村文化传承等。Rural integration development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries can promote agricultural efficiency,the increase of farmers’income and rural prosperity.Questionnaire survey and on-the-spot investigation from farmers in Southern Jiangsu province shows that the main problems affecting the industrial integration are as follows:the benefit mechanism of farmers’income increase is not perfect,connotation of industrial convergence shows bias,the core competitiveness of the integration bodies needs to be cultivated and public service system and financial support services are still insufficient.Therefore,this paper proposes some relevant policy suggestions:speed up the establishment of benefit sharing mechanism,accelerate the reform of property right system of rural collective assets,promote the development of diversified integration bodies,speed up the construction of infrastructure and public service platform,accelerate the innovation of financial support policies and ways and improve the cultivation of talents and rural cultural heritage,etc.
