摘 要:轴流泵作为低扬程泵装置的核心部件广泛应用于沿江沿海地区,其稳定性直接影响到整个泵装置的安全运行。因此,需要对轴流泵进行动力学特性分析保证泵装置的稳定运行。双向轴流泵作为一种新型轴流泵,兼顾排水与灌溉功能,采用双向叶轮。由于结构的特殊性,导致双向轴流泵动力特性有别于一般情况,需要对其进行详细研究。模态分析是一种动力学特性分析的方法,可以有效确定转子的固有频率与振型,防止共振的产生。采用WORKBENCH和APDL命令流耦合的方法对双向轴流泵进行湿模态分析。结果表明:预应力对转子固有频率影响较小;各模态阶数下的湿模态固有频率均低于干模态固有频率;在某些模态阶数下,叶轮叶片数,叶轮轮毂直径与材料属性对转子固有频率有明显影响。研究结果可以为双向轴流泵的结构优化设计与动力学分析提供一定的参考。Axial-flow pumps, as the core components of low-head pump device, are widely applied along the Yangtze River and sea areas, and the stability has a great effect on the safe operation of pump devices. So a study of dynamic characteristics should be conducted to ensure the safety of pump devices. The reversible axial-flow pump, as a new type of axial-flow pump, adopts two-direction impeller, which leads to the dynamic characteristics, is distinctive and should be studied in detail. The modal included in the study of dynamic characteristics can de- termine natural frequency and vibration model to prevent resonance. In this study, the coupling of WORKBENCH and APDL command stream is used to make a modal analysis. The results show that the effect of pre-stress on natural frequency is little and the wet-modal natural fre- quency is smaller than dry-modal natural frequency in every modal order. The blade number, hub diameter and material properties affect natural frequency obviously in some modal order. The results can provide information for structural optimization design and dynamic analysis.
