摘　　要：某VLCC船2台锅炉给水泵在试航期间相继发生故障,文章根据泵的相关理论,结合泵的特性曲线、工厂试验数据和电气系统设计,分析了故障原因,并提出了预防措施。经交船后运营检验,其控制预防措施合理,无问题反馈。Two of the boiler water-feeding pumps are failure in turn malfunction reason is analyzed based on the theory of centrifugal pumps, test data and the electric diagram design. The preventive means are given during sea trial on a VLCC ship. The the pump characteristic curve, factory finally, which is certified as reasonable and no negative feedback after ship＇s delivery.
