摘 要:风城油田稠油污水Si O2含量较高,站内无除硅处理工艺,导致污水回用后的锅炉给水Si O2含量较高,容易在锅炉内部结成致密坚硬的硅垢。通过大量实验确定采用化学混凝沉降法去除稠油污水中的Si O2。经室内研究,研究出适合该污水的除硅配方KL-2和配套的水质净化药剂体系,并成功进行了工业化应用。应用效果表明:当除硅剂加药量为850 mg/L、净水剂加药量为200 mg/L、助凝剂加药量为3 mg/L时,水中二氧化硅从350 mg/L降至70 mg/L,除硅率为80%,净化后的水的含油小于8 mg/L,悬浮物小于15 mg/L,除硅效果和水质净化效果较好。满足了蒸汽锅炉给水Si O2含量的要求,解决了风城油田蒸汽锅炉结硅垢的问题。High content of SiO2 in heavy oil sewage in Fengcheng oilfield lead to high content of SiO2 in boiler feed water using the sewage without silicon removal equipments, so a dense and hard silicon scale are easily formed inside the boiler. Chemical mixed oil deposition method has been determined by a large number of experiments to removal of SiO2 from heavy oil sewage. A proper Silicon removal formula KL-2 and water purification agent system are obtained in the lab, then application of industrialization is successfully carried out. The application indicated that the SiO2 were effectively reduced from 350 mg/L to 70 mg/L (silicon removal rate is 80% ) by the dosage of 850 mg/L silicon removing agent, 200 mg/L water clarifying agent and 3 mg/L coagulant aid. The results show that the method can effectively reduce the content of SiO2 to meet requirements of boiler feed water, in addition, the problem of silicon scale in the boiler was solved.
