摘　　要：FDI对本土汽车零部件产业的关联溢出效应,受行业特征、技术差距以及FDI股权形式(合资和独资)的影响,并具有明显的滞后性。通过对我国1998~2014年汽车产业面板数据实证研究发现:在汽车整车行业,合资企业对本土汽车零部件产业的后向关联溢出效应显著为正,但受技术差距影响,正向的溢出效应具有滞后性。而独资企业的后向关联溢出效应不明显。在汽车零部件行业,合资和独资企业在初期对本土汽车零部件产业都有正向的关联溢出效应,后期合资企业的关联溢出效应逐渐扩大,而独资企业的关联溢出效应减弱至不显著。The spillovers effect of FDI on the local auto parts industry is affected by the industry characteristics,technology gap and the form of FDI equity（joint venture and sole proprietorship）,and characterized with obvious lag.Through empirical research on automobile industry panel data during 1998-2014 in China,we find joint venture FDI in automobile market has positive backward spillovers effect on local auto parts industry,however,because of technology gap,positive spillovers is lagged behind.The backward spillovers effect of sole proprietorship FDI is not obvious.Joint ventures and sole proprietorship FDI in auto parts industry both have positive spillovers effect on local auto parts industry in the early stage,However,FDI spillovers effect of joint ventures gradually expanded,and FDI spillover effect of sole proprietorship turns not significant or weakening.
