摘 要:对某大容量D型锅炉对流管束卡门涡街脱落诱导振动进行分析,首先数值模拟对流管束区热态流场分布,并通过对管束区不同截面监测及快速傅里叶变换得出各管段卡门涡街脱落状态及相应的升力系数曲线,据此分析得到对流管束区卡门涡街脱落位置及脱落频率,并通过与传统方法计算结果进行对比.结果表明:该大容量D型锅炉100%工况下对流管束区卡门涡街脱落诱导振动相对较弱,且数值模拟的结果更贴近于工程实际.This paper analyses the Karmen vortex shedding induced vibration of convective pipes of a certain high-capacity D boiler. Distribution of hot flow fields of the areas of convective pipes is simulated by taking advantage of numerical methods. Then Karmen vortex shedding condition and some relevant lift coefficient graphs of each part are acquired by using detection of different areas of pipes and FFT transformation,according to which the Karmen vortex shedding spots and frequencies are obtained and the comparison with conventional methods is conducted. The results indicate that under 100% of working condition,this high-capacity D boiler has relatively week Karmen vortex shedding induced vibration in the areas of convective pipes. In the meantime,the consequences of simulation are more close to the real engineering conditions.
