摘　　要：罗振玉为民国时期著名的古文字学家,在金文研究史上具有重要学术地位。其研究内容所涉极广,在考释文字、考证器物、考证史实、考辨年代等方面,都取得了很大的成就。研究方法上,罗振玉善于将文献学、考古学、历史学等融入其金文研究之中,大大推动了民国时期的金文研究。在研究思想和方法上,罗氏的金文研究也一定程度上影响了后来金文研究者的治学路径和研究倾向。Luo Zhenyu, a famous philologist in the Republic of China, has an important academic status in the study of inscriptions on ancient bronze objects. He makes great achievements in textual research on characters, objects and history due to his expansive research scopes. In research methods, he integrates philology, archaeology and history into his study of inscriptions on ancient bronze objects. His researches have a crucial impact on the research way and tendency of later generations of scholars in this respect to a greater degree.
