摘　　要：基于索绪尔语言学理论的视角,网络传播中的言语活动可以分为网络语言和网络言语。网络语言和网络言语分别指向符号(意义)的两端,关联不同的叙事方式,构成了网络世界的众声喧哗。从概念上厘清网络语言和网络言语,有助于更准确地掌握网络言语活动的传播规律,创新网络意识形态话语表述方式,进而为提高网络意识形态话语权提供有效的语言学支持。Based on Saussure＇s linguistic theory, the discourse activity of the Internet communication falls into internet language and internet discourse. They respectively point to each end of the symbol （meaning） and different narrative ways, forming the Internet communication, Understanding their concepts contributes to the grasp of the communication rules of the Internet discourse activities, innovation in Internet ideological discourse expressions, and linguistic support for the improvement of the discourse right in Internet ideology.
