摘　　要：针对工业用平缝机操作过程中常见的针杆不运作故障,分别从电机、手轮、旋梭等表象进行分析,总结出4类具体故障表现及对应的故障原因,包括皮带滑出或松动、脚踏板拉杆松动、梭床塞线、固定手轮螺钉松动以及电机故障等原因,通过分析进一步提出实践解决方法。Aiming at the common failure of the needle-bar in the operation of lockstitch sewing machine, failure causes were analyzed from the motor, hand wheel, rotating shuttle and other phenomenon respectively. Four types of specific fault performance and the corresponding causes of failure were summed up, including the slide out or loose of belt, the pedal pull rod loose, shuttle bed plug line, fixed hand wheel screw loosening and motor failure or other reasons. According to the analysis, the paper puts forward some practieal solutions.
