摘　　要：乡镇社会是大社会的缩影,也是社会问题的蓄水池之一。乡镇社会发展问题事关国家现代化进程,也事关乡镇社会成员的幸福。乡镇社会问题是什么?如何解决乡镇社会问题?是两个基本问题。本文依据文化社会学理论和我国农村城镇化现状,就乡镇社会发展问题思维与智解方式,从研究、决策和实践三个角度提出建议。Villages and towns are an epitome of the whole society as well as prone areas of social problems.The issues of the social development in villages and towns concern with the modernization progress of the nation and the welfare of the members in the areas. What are the social problems and how to solve the problems are two basic issues. In this study,according to the cultural sociology theory and the present situation of rural urbanization in China,the problems and solutions of the social development are discussed.
