摘 要:实验以BaCO_3、TiO_2、ZrO_2为原料,采用固相烧结法制备不同Zr含量的锆钛酸钡(BZT)陶瓷。并使用XRD衍射仪、扫描电镜和电容测量仪来分析显微组成、相结构和介电特性。实验表明,随着Zr^(4+)掺量的增加,晶面衍射峰向小角度方向移动,BZT晶粒的生长逐渐规则。介电峰位随着Zr^(4+)增加向低温区域移动。在室温环境中Zr^(4+)掺量为20%时,BZT陶瓷介电常数最大,介电损耗最小。In order to have good properties, BaTiO3 based dielectric ceramics doped with different molar ratios of ZrO2 were prepared with BaCOn, TiO2 and ZrO2 by solid state sintering method. The micrographic phase structure and dielectric properties of ZrO2-doped BaTiO3 ceramics were observed by XRD, SEM and fused measuring instrument. The experiment results show that the doping of ZrO2 lowers the curie temperature of BZT and broadens its peak parameters. The increase of ZrO2 content is good for the grain growth. The peak dielectric constant is moved to the low-temperature zone with the increase of ZrO2. When the mixing amount of Zr4+ is 20%, the dielectric constant of BaTiO3 is the biggest and the loss tangent of BaTiO3 is the minimum.
