摘  要:陶粒支撑剂废料,混合铝矾土粉、黏土为原料,采取逐步添加的方法研究了废料的加入量对支撑剂性能的影响。结果表明,其半成品体积密度增高,同一烧结温度下,成品体积密度也增高,破碎率增大,强度降低。Proppant material was prepared using ceramsite tailing, bauxite powder mixture and clay as raw materials. The effect of the ceramsite tailing doping on the properties of the proppant material was studied through step addition. Results showed, with the addition of ceramsite tailing, the bulk density of the semi-product was increased, the bulk density of the finished product sintered at the same temperature was also increased, but its breakage was higher with its strength lowered.
