解剖锁定钢板结合微型螺钉治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的观察解剖锁定钢板结合微型螺钉治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法将锁骨粉碎性骨折患者120例随机分为观察组及对照组各60例,观察组实施解剖锁定钢板+微型螺钉治疗,对照组进行普通重建加压板+可吸收缝线治疗。结果观察组手术时间平均(58.23±8.35)min、住院时间(7.14±0.47)d、术中出血量(23.22±2.23)m L均低于对照组的(69.25±10.67)min、(8.68±0.55)d、(31.56±3.07)m L,差异显著(P<0.05);随访(9.24±2.61)个月,观察组优良率96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论解剖锁定钢板+微型螺钉内固定治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折能够缩短手术时间,术中出血量少,提高治疗效果,值得临床应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of anatomical locking plate combined with mini screw in the treatment of comminuted clavicular fracture. Methods 120 cases of patients with comminnted clavicular fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 60 cases in each group, the observation group received anatomical locking plate for treatment of micro screws, the control group with common reconstruction plate and absorbable suture for treatment.Results The observation group average operation time was （58.23 ± 8.35） min, hospitalization time （7.14 ± 0.47 ） days, the amount of bleeding during operation （23.22 ± 2.23 ） mL lower than that of the control group （69.25 ± 10.67）, rain （8.68 ±0.55） days, （31.56 ±3.07）mL （P〈0.05）, follow up （9.24 ±2.61） months, excellent rate of the observation group was 96.67% higher than that of the control group 83.33% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of comminuted fracture of the clavicle with clavicular plate and mini screw fixation can shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding in operation, improve the therapeutic effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
