单用可多华及联合得妥治疗良性前列腺增生合并膀胱过度活动症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨单用可多华及联合得妥治疗良性前列腺增生(BPH)合并膀胱过度活动症(OAB)的临床疗效。方法选取上饶市第二人民医院2016年1月-3月期间收治的50例BPH合并OAB患者,按随机数字表法分为2组,每组25例。对照组采用甲磺酸多沙唑嗪缓释片(可多华)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用酒石酸托特罗定缓释片(得妥)治疗。比较2组治疗效果、临床指标、尿常规检查以及不良事件发生情况。结果对照组IPSS评分和OABSS评分明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组夜尿、急迫性尿失禁、尿急和日间排尿次数明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组均无明显的不良反应,且治疗前后尿常规无明显异常。结论可多华联合得妥治疗BPH合并OAB疗效确切,能显著改善患者的临床症状,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of single Cardura XL and combined with Detrusitol in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH） complicated by overactive bladder （OAB）.Methods 50 patients with BPH complicated by OAB in Shangrao second people＇s hospital from January 2016 to March 2016 were divided into two groups by random number table, 25 cases in each. Control group took doxazosin mesylate extended release tablets （Cardura XL）, observation group took toleredine tartrate sustained release tablets （Detrusitol） based on control group. Comparison of two groups of treatment, clinical indicators, urine routine examination and adverse events. Results The PISS and OABSS scores of control group were significantly higher than those of observation group （P〈0.05）; The nocturnal enuresis, urge incontinence, urgent urination and daytime micturition times of control group were significantly higher than those of observation group （P〈0.05）. There was no obvious adverse effect in both groups, and there was no obvious abnormality before and after treatment. Conclusion Cardura XL combined with Detrusitol in treatment of BPH complicated by OAB has definite efficacy, it can significantly improve clinical symptoms and have higher clinical application value.
