摘  要:目的探讨闽东地区2013年-2015年血培养病原菌分布及耐药性变迁。方法采用法国生物梅里埃的公司生产Bac T/ALERT3D全自动血培养分析仪进行培养,病原菌鉴定及药敏采用VITEK2全自动细菌鉴别仪分析。结果 2013年-2015年血培养病原菌的构成比及耐药性均有不同程度的变迁,主要以革兰阴性菌为主,分离病原菌前3位分别为凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌,构成比分别为29.34%,18.92%,9.34%。其中大肠埃希菌的超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)发生率从45.28%降为37.5%,肺炎克雷伯菌的ESBLs发生率从33.33%降为6.67%。结论闽东地区2013年-2015年病原菌分布及耐药性发生了明显变迁,且病原菌对抗生素药物已产生一定的耐药性,临床医师应加强血液培养送检,参考药敏结果,避免盲目用药。Objective To investigate the changes of distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria in blood culture in Fujian region 2013 to 2015.Methods Cultured by bio Merieux Bac T/ALERT3 D analyzer,automatic blood culture,pathogen identification and drug sensitivity analysis using VITEK2 automatic bacteria identification instrument.Results 2013 to 2015 blood culture pathogenic bacteria constituent ratio and drug resistance have different degrees of change,mainly Gram-negative bacteria,pathogenic bacteria isolated from 3 were coagulase negative staphylococcus,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,accounted for 29.34%,18.92%,9.34%. The incidence rate of extended spectrum beta(ESBLs).Conclusion There were significant changes in the distribution of pathogenic bacteria and drug resistance from 2013 to 2015,and the pathogenic bacteria of antibacterial drugs has developed resistance,clinicians should strengthen the blood culture for reference,the results of drug sensitivity to avoid blindness.
