摘  要:目的:观察参芪扶正注射液及其配合化疗对Lewis肺癌小鼠免疫逃逸相关细胞因子的调控作用。方法:观察参芪扶正注射液及其配合化疗对Lewis肺癌荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用,同时观察其对小鼠体重的影响。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测各实验组小鼠血清中的IL-2、IL-10、TGF-β1及γ-IFN等细胞因子的含量。结果:参芪扶正注射液及化疗对Lewis肺癌移植瘤的抑制率总体趋势为中药加化疗组>单纯化疗组>纯中药组,中药加化疗组抑瘤率最高,而单独参芪扶正注射液抑瘤作用并不明显。荷瘤小鼠体内IL-2、γ-IFN均不同程度的低于阴性对照组,而IL-10及TGF-β1均不同程度的高于阴性对照组。单纯扶正中药可增加荷瘤小鼠IL-2、γ-IFN的含量,但降低IL-10、TGF-β1的作用并不明显。化疗可降低IL-2、γ-IFN、IL-10、TGF-β1的含量,而中药加化疗组降低IL-10和TGF-β1的作用优于单纯化疗及单纯中药组。结论:此结果初步证明了参芪扶正注射液可改善荷瘤小鼠体内存在的Th1/Th2细胞因子失衡的现象,一定程度上阐释了中医扶正培本治则调控机体免疫功能的分子机理。Objective:To observe the regulating function of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection itself and combined with chemotherapy in immune escape correlated cytokine of Lewis in mice with lung cancer. Methods: Ob- served the antitumor effect of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection itself and combined with chemotherapy on Lewis lung cancer bearing mice serve and the effect of it on the body weight of mice. Checked the IL - 2 , IFN -γ , IL - 10 and TGF - β1 cytokine in the serum of the mice in every group with ELISA. Results : The experimental re- sults indicated that the tendency of inhibiton rate was as following: the Chinese medicine combined with chemo- therapy group 〉 the chemotherapy group 〉 the Chinese medicine only group. The Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy group had the highest inhibiton rate, while and the inhibiton rate was not obvious in the Chi- nese medicine only group. The IL - 2 and IFN -γ cytokine in tumor - bearing mice were lower than those in the negative control group, but IL - 10 and TGF - β1 were higher than those in the negative control group. The simple Fuzheng TCM could increase the content of IL - 2 and γ- IFN, while its effect of lowering the content of IL - 10 and TGF -β1 was not obvious. Chemotherapy could lower the content of four cytokine. The effect of lowering IL - 10 and TGF -β1 by using Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy was better than those by using Chinese medicine only or using chemotherapy alone. Conclusion: The result initially proved that the Shenqi Fuzheng Injection can improve the imbalance of Th1/Th2 cytokine in tumor- bearing mice, which elab- orated the molecular mechanism of the Chinese medicine in regulating the immune function by strengthening the body resistance.
