摘　　要：目的:探讨萎胃消颗粒对慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)模型大鼠血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)的影响。方法:将48只SPF级SD大鼠随机分为4组,即空白对照组、模型对照组、萎胃消治疗组和胃复春对照组,每组各12只。以饮用氨水法制备大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎模型,空白对照组、模型对照组以蒸馏水灌胃,萎胃消组和胃复春组按生药804mg/d灌胃给药,连续用药8周,采用放射免疫法测定大鼠血浆ET-1水平。结果:与空白对照比较,模型组血浆ET-1含量升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,萎胃消治疗组和胃复春对照组血浆ET-1含量均降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);与胃复春对照组比较,萎胃消颗粒组ET-1含量低,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:萎胃消颗粒能够降低CAG大鼠血浆ET-1含量。Objective： To investigate the effects of Weiweixiao Granule on plasam endothelin - 1 （ ET - 1 ） in rats with chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG）. Methods： 48 SPF SD rats were randomly and evenly divided into 4 groups： a blank group, a model group, a Weiweixiao group, and a Weifuchun group. Established the model of CAG by given ammonia, while the blank group and the model group were gavaged with distilled water. The Weiweixiao group and the Weifuchun group were gavaged crude drug 804mg per day for 8 weeks. Radioimmu- noassay was used to measure the plasam ET- 1 levels in rats. Results： Compared with the blank group, the contents of ET - 1 increased in the model group （P 〈 0. 01 ） ; Compared with the model group, the plasam levels of ET - 1 decreased in the Weiweixiao group and the Weifuchun group （P 〈0.01 or P 〈0.05）. The content of ET （P 1 in the Weiweixiao group was lower than that in the Weifuchun group. There were significant differences 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Weiweixiao Granule can lower the content of plasam ET-1 in CAG rats.
