摘　　要：研究目的:"三旧"改造项目改造后效益评价是对改造后的项目进行有效性、合理性、节地率等方面的定量化评价。研究方法:通过评价指标及权重录入、评价模型建立、评价结果展示输出,建立评价数学模型。研究结果:建立"三旧"改造项目改造效益评价体系研究,对部分已完成改造项目进行效益评价。研究结论:构建了"三旧"改造效益评价指标体系和评价方法,分析"三旧"改造效益,对改造后的项目进行有效性、合理性、节地率等方面的定量化评价,给政府部门决策提供有效的参考信息。Research purposes ： ＂three old＂ after the revamping project benefit evaluation is the project of modified validity, rationality and Jiedelv quantitative evaluation. Research methods ： by means of the evaluation index weights and entry, evaluation model is established in this paper, the evaluation results show output, and evaluation mathematical model is established. The results of the study： to establish the ＂three old＂ revamping project benefit evaluation system of research, for part of the renovation project of benefit evaluation has been completed. Research conclusions： building the ＂three old＂ transformation efficiency evaluation index system and evaluation method, analysis of the ＂three old＂ transformation efficiency, effectiveness and rationality of modified project, Jiedelv quantitative evaluation, provide effective reference for government decision - making information.
