氮氢气压缩机一级活塞应力分析及改造

摘  要:6M25氮氢气压缩机是合成氨装置的主要机型。这台压缩机自试运行以来,一级活塞可靠性差,频繁破裂,造成机器运转率低,维修费用高,严重地影响了产量及经济效益。运用ANSYS有限元软件对活塞进行应力分析,分析结果表明:原活塞的最大应力在环板与筋板焊缝的最外侧,其值为191MPa,这与实际活塞破裂情况吻合。因而对活塞进行了改造并对改造后活塞进行相应的应力分析,结果表明:改造后活塞的应力得到较大幅度的降低,其值降为原来的63.4%,而同时活塞自身质量提高不大,大约为12.3kg。The 6M25 compressor is a main model of ammonia synthetic device. Since the test run, the first stage piston of this machine had showed poor reliability and often broke. The low running rate and the high maintenance cost of the machine had great effect on the enterprise' s output and profits. Therefore, an analysis of the piston' s stress had been made by using ANSYS finite element analyzed software. The result indicated that the stress of the piston was pockety, and the greatest stress, which came to 191 MPa , was positioned at the very outside part of the ring board welding seam and stiffened plates, which was identical with the piston ' s cracking position. The piston was transformed and reconstructed bases on the results and a corresponding stress analysis was made. The analysis showed that the stress of the piston reduces greatly after transforming. It becomes 63.4% of the original amount while the piston's own quality raises very lightly at about 12.3kg.
