老年高血压病患者社区护理和辨证施护混合模式干预疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察社区护理和辨证施护混合干预模式对于高血压病患者康复治疗的临床效果。方法:选取暨南大学社区卫生服务中心建档并接受健康管理的老年高血压病患者195例,采用随机数字表法分为常规护理组、社区护理组、混合模式组,各65例,分别实施常规护理、常规护理加社区护理干预、社区护理结合中医辨证施护。结果:混合模式组经混合模式干预后,患者血压、血生化指标、行为方式改变、并发症发生率、护理满意度、心理状态评分、血尿酸和超敏C反应蛋白等指标的控制和改善均优于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区护理结合辨证施护混合干预模式对老年高血压病患者的康复治疗具有重要的应用价值和临床意义,其实现了对老年高血压病患者的中西医综合优势管理和干预。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of mixed intervention model of community nursing and dialectic nursing in patients with hypertension.Method： A total of 195 elderly patients with hypertension who was archived and accepted the health management in Community Health Service Center of Jinan University were selected as research object and divided into routine nursing group, community nursing group and mixed model group according to the random number table method, 65 cases in each group, which were implemented the corresponding nursing measures.Result： After mixed mode intervention, the control and improvement of blood pressure, blood biochemical index and other indicators of the mixed model group were better than those in the other two groups, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈O.05 ） .Conclusion： Mixed intervention model of community nursing combined with dialectic nursing for the rehabilitation treatment of the elderly patients with hypertension has important application value and clinical significance, can realizes the comprehensive management advantage and intervention of TCM and western medicine for the elderly patients with hypertension.
