摘 要:采用SiCl_4水解掺杂法结合高频等离子体粉末熔融技术,制备了3组Yb^(3+)掺杂浓度不同的掺Yb^(3+)石英玻璃。研究了Yb^(3+)掺杂浓度对掺Yb^(3+)石英玻璃物理特性和光学特性的影响。结果表明,当Al ^(3+)掺杂浓度固定时,而随着Yb^(3+)掺杂浓度逐渐增大,掺Yb^(3+)石英玻璃的密度和折射率也逐渐增大;掺Yb^(3+)石英玻璃的积分吸收截面和自发辐射跃迁几率也逐渐变大,而吸收截面和荧光寿命却都在逐渐减小;掺Yb^(3+)石英玻璃的激发态最小粒子数等激光特性参数也逐渐变大。研究表明,随着Yb^(3+)与Al ^(3+)比例的增加,Yb^(3+)间发生了团聚。The Yb3+-doped silica glasses with different Yb3+ doping concentrations were prepared by the SiCl4hydrolysis doping and powder melting technology based on the high frequency plas ma.Influence of Yb3+ doping concentration on physical and optical properties of the Yb3+-dop ed silica glass is investigated.When Al3+ doping concentration is fixed,wi th increasing Yb3+ doping concen tration gradually,the density and refractive index of the Yb3+-doped si lica glass are increased,the integral absorption cross section and the spontaneous emission probability are also increased gradually,but the absorption cross section and the fluorescent life are decreased.The laser parameters,such as the minimum particle number of excit ed state,also gradually become bigger.This shows that the cluster effect of Yb3+ occurs when Yb 3+/Al3+ ratio increases.
