摘　　要：介绍了中盐华湘化工有限公司三期技改工程一次盐水工艺改造内容,分析了原工艺存在的问题,对比分析了国内氯碱行业几种盐水精制工艺,结合实际制定了HVM膜盐水精制工艺路线,介绍了改造后装置的运行效果和实现的经济效益。The contents of the primary brine process reconstruction in the third phase of technical innovation project of Huaxiang Chemical Co. , Ltd. of China National Salt Industry Corporation were introduced. The problems existing in the old process were analyzed. Several brine refining processes used in domestic chlor- alkali industry were analyzed and compared. HVM membrane brine refining process route was established according to actual situation. The running situation of reconstructed process and economic benefit from the reconstruction were introduced.
