学前教育优质均衡发展的路径探析

摘　　要：随着学前教育改革的推进,我国学前教育公益普惠发展取得巨大进步。但普及率不断提升的背后,学前教育优质均衡发展正面临考验。本文结合宁波市学前教育发展实际,针对学前教育优质均衡发展中的问题,进行了深入分析并提出改进路径:建立保教质量标准,健全评价指标;扩大普惠资源供给,提高区域整体保教质量;强化政府责任,大力发展公办园;加大财政投入,为优质均衡发展提供保障。Great progress has been made in the development of popularized preschool education in China. Despite the rising popularity, the balanced development of quality preschool education is facing a challenge. This paper case studied the actual development of preschool education in Ningbo City to analyze its existing problems in balanced development, and explore a feasible path to solutions in the perspective of quality standard and evaluation index, inclusive supply of resources, government responsibility for public kindergartens and financial input for balanced development.
