摘　　要：弥散强化铂材料具有比纯铂更高的高温强度和高温持久强度,广泛应用在玻纤漏板、光学玻璃生产用坩埚等领域。本文介绍了一种用金属锆进行内氧化处理生产弥散强化铂的工艺方法,通过打包热静压复合可制得满足不同使用要求的复合强化铂材料,并用其试制出了单晶生长坩埚。Dispersion strengthened platinum materials has higher high-temperature strength and high-temperature endurance than pure platinum. It is widely used in the manufacture of glass fiber casing and optical glass crucible etc. A process for the production of dispersion strengthened platinum by internal oxidation treatment of zirconium is introduced. By means of packaged and hot-isostatic press reformation treatment the composite strengthened platinum material can be prepared, which can meet the requirements of different applications. And a crystal growth crucible can be produced by using of the above composite strengthened platinum material.
