摘　　要：以晋江地区的陶瓷废料主要原料,经过干燥、粉碎,采用偶联剂改性后,添加水泥熟料、减水剂、聚合物乳液和不同添加量的增强纤维,经拌和、成型、干燥制备出建筑饰面片材。制备出的样品性能优异,均能符合现行行业标准《改性无机粉复合建筑饰面片材》JC/T 2219吸水率、耐热性(尺寸变化率)、柔度的技术指标要求,这项研究为晋江地区的陶瓷废料的综合再利用提供了新的途径。Preparation of building decorative material by the main raw material of ceramic wastes in Jinjiang city, through the procedures of ceramic wastes dried, crushed and modified with coupling agent, and then mixing with cement clinker, water reducing agent, and polymer emulsion and enhance fiber, finally molding and drying. Results show that the samples have excellent performance and meet the require- ments of the technical index of water absorption, heat resistance rate （size） and flexibility in current industry standard ＂Modified inorganic powder composite building decoration material＂ JC/T 2219. The study of preparation of building decorative material by ceramic waste pro- vides a new way about comprehensive recycling ceramic wastes for Jinjiang.
