摘  要:挖掘机作为一种快速、高效的工程机械,已经成为施工建设中不可缺少的机种。为了能够方便灵活的对挖掘机各项参数进行不停机在线监测和故障诊断,进行了相关软硬件设计及系统搭建。系统设计以虚拟仪器为开发平台,采用WiFi进行数据传输,设计了人机对话界面和参数监测及故障诊断界面。经调试和皮卡汽车部分试验证明,该系统工作可靠、操作简单、抗干扰力强、故障诊断便捷,可在工程机械上安装使用,应用前景广阔。As a kind of fast and high-efficient engineering machine, the excavator is already indispensable in engineering con- struction. In order to facilitate monitoring the various data of the digger online and performing the non-stop-online-fault-diagno sis of it,the various corresponding hardware and software are designed and integrated into a system. This design of ours utilizes the virtual instruments as a development platform and transmits data with the help of WiFi,with the human-computer interac- tive parameters-monitoring and fault-diagnosing interfaces designed. Through the debugging and car experiments, the system is proved to be reliable in performance, simple in operation,strong in anti-disturbance and convenient in fault-diagnosis. Having a wide prospect of application, the system may applied to most engineering machines.
