摘  要:辅导员的职业认同和职业能力状况对高校开展大学生日常思想政治工作具有深刻的影响。通过对上海某高校的深入调研,发现当前高校辅导员职业认同和职业能力状况不容乐观,直接影响着大学生思想政治教育的成效,因此,提出从四个方面提升辅导员职业认同和职业能力的对策建议。The professional identity and professional ability of college and university instructors have a profound knpact on the ideological and political education of college and university students. Based on the in-depth investigation of universities in Shanghai, it is found that the status of college and university klstructors' professional identity and professional ab'llity is not optknistic, and this directly affects the effectiveness of ideological and political education of university students. Therefore, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the professional identity and professional ability of university hastructors from four aspects.
