摘　　要：在剖析产业集群创新网络治理结构的基础上,基于网络治理结构视角,分析产业集群创新的运作机制,并深入剖析学习机制、竞合机制、协同机制、组织机制在产业集群创新中的作用过程,并据此提出推动产业集群创新的具体对策和建议。Based on analysis the industrial cluster innovation network governance structure, from the eye of Innovation network governance structure,This paper builds an industrial cluster innovation＇ operation mechanism,and then further elaborates The cluster learning mech- anism, competition and cooperation mechanism, and organizational innovation mechanism are very important as an operation mechanism. Finally, in the premise of the conclusion, the author analyzes the future development of the dynamic mechanism of industrial cluster inno- vation networks.
