多媒体教材指导社区护士PICC置管居家期维护的效果研究

摘　　要：目的对多媒体教材在指导社区护士经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)置管居家期维护的效果进行研究。方法选择我院80例胃癌PICC置管出院患者,根据患者及家属自愿的原则分为2组,分别定义为对照组和试验组,观察2组置管患者导管感染、堵管、导管脱出、血栓形成、留置时间情况。结果对照组导管感染、堵管、导管脱出、血栓形成明显多于试验组;试验组留置时间明显长于对照组,2组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论通过PICC置管技术的多媒体教材学习可以明显提高社区护士进行PICC导管居家期维护的效果和质量,具有一定的可行性和创新性,值得推广。Objective To study on the effect of multimedia teaching material in guiding the maintenance of PICC nursing home care for community nurses.Methods 80 cases of gastric cancer patients with PICC catheter were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the voluntary principle of patients and their families, which were named as the control group and the experimental group. Results The rates of catheter infection, blocking tube, catheter prolapse, thrombosis in the control group were obviously higher than those in the experimental group, and the indwelling time in the experimental group was obviously longer than that in the control group, with significant differences in the data between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The study of multimedia teaching material of PICC catheter technology can obviously improve the effect and quality of PICC catheter maintenance in community nurses, which shows that the application of multimedia teaching material is feasible and innovative in improving the quality of PICC catheter maintenance.
