摘 要:目的探讨早期科研训练课程化教学模式的教学方法在《护理学导论》教学中的应用效果。方法以我院2014级本科护理学专业254名学生作为研究对象,分为试验组151人,对照组103人,对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采取早期科研训练课程化教学模式。课程结束后对试验组学生进行学习效果的自我评价,并运用创造力倾向量表对2组学生进行测试。结果试验组学生对早期科研训练课程化教学模式学习效果的自我评价显示学习积极性、自主学习能力、团结协作能力、文献检索能力和创新能力等方面得分相对较高;试验组的创造力倾向总分及冒险性、好奇性、想象力和挑战性等4个分量表得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在《护理学导论》教学中采用早期科研训练课程化教学模式的教学方法,有利于提高护生科研创新能力。Objective To evaluate the application effects of early scientific research training course teaching mode in the coupe of introduction to nursing sciences.Methods Totally 254 undergraduate nursing students in 2014 were divided into two groups according to classes. The class 1,2,3 ( 151 students ) were designed as experimental group, the class 4,5 (103 students) were designed as control group. Early scientific research training course teaching mode and traditional teaching method was applied in the experimental group and the control group, respectively. The students ' learning effect of self-evaluation in experimental group was evaluated through questionnaire after the end of the course. The outcome was evaluated using the creative disposition inventory in two groups.Results The scores of enthusiasm of study, ability of self-study, teamwork ability, document retrieval and creative abilities were high in experimental group. The total scores of adventurous creativity tendency and curiosity, imagination, challenges 4 scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group (t=12.970,4.199,6.752,7.276,7.292,P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of early scientific research training course teaching mode in the course of introduction to nursing sciences is helpful to improve undergraduate nursing students' scientific innovation ability.
