摘 要:本文重点对凸轮运动机构啮合曲线测定方法展开研究,采用几何作图法和反转运动学法则分析了凸轮间歇运动规律,根据方程式对凸轮停歇期的运动规律进行求解和优化,通过给出曲率半径最小值分析研究分度控制条件下的凸轮啮合曲线,由两个共轭轮廓及其在凸轮啮合曲线上所对应的点和凸轮半径所构成全等三角形,最终确定运动规律的测定方法。最后通过具体实例对测定方法进行建模和仿真,与其它测定方法进行对比。仿真结果表明,本文测定方法滚子运动的位移和角速度较好。This paper focus on the research method of measuring how the cam mechanism engages the curve and it also analyses the law of the cam gap motion by using geometrograph and the rule of reverse kinematics. According to the equation, the movement of the cam rest period can be solved and optimized, and also analyze the indexing engagement curve under the control of dividing conditions with the minimum curvature radius can be analyzed and studied. A congruent triangle can be formed by the two conjugated cam contours, their corresponding points on the cam engagement curve and the cam radius, it ultimately determines the method of measuring the movement law. Finally, through the example of modeling and simulation method, compared with other methods. The simulation results show that the method of determination of the roller motion and the angular velocity of displacement is well.
