摘　　要：当前电商智慧物流尚无明确的统一定义,需要科学地界定,在C2B模式下,它正在迅速发展,其功能和作用也在日益完善与彰显,但物流技术标准不统一、物流人才匮乏、信息平台不完善、物联网技术不够发达等困境严重制约了它的发展水平和服务质量的提升,所以,提出国家宏观层面的发展对策和企业微观层面的发展措施,以突破困境,适应更加灵活的市场需求和我国经济改革与发展的需要。The current electricity wisdom logistics, there is no clear definition, need to define scientifically, in C2B mode, is growing rapidly, its function and role are also increasingly perfect and honour, but the logistics technology standard not unified, logistics talent shortage, imperfect information platform, the Internet of technology underdeveloped situation of it in the level of development and the improvement of service quality, so, puts forward some countermeasures for the development of national macro level and micro level of the develop- ment of measures, in order to break through the difficulties, to adapt to a more flexible market needs and the needs of economic reform and development in our country.
