摘 要:具有负折射特性光子晶体(Photonic Crystal,Ph C)的研究为解决X射线透镜问题带来了新的思路,这一点对于X射线光学及成像技术有着极为重要的意义,利用时域有限差分方法和传输矩阵方法研究了一维光子晶体在软X射线波段的特点。该种一维光子晶体由理论折射率分别为0.920和0.999的A、B两种材料构成,且两种材料的厚度比为1∶2,光子晶体的周期单元为ABA结构。在此基础上,构造了一种一维光子晶体负折射平凹透镜,利用理论分析和数值计算方法,详细分析了用于软X射线波段的透射式负折射透镜的衍射和聚焦行为,最后通过具体仿真实验对其效性进行了测试,测试结果表明,当透镜的线度远大于入射波的波长时,围绕焦点亮斑的衍射环将逐渐消失,透射光线会最终在焦点处形成聚焦光斑。The research of photonic crystal ( PhC ) with negative refraction feature brings new thoughts to solve the X-ray lens. It is a significance for X-ray photology and imaging. Studying the feature of one dimension photonic crys- tal in soft X-ray band by using finite difference time domain and transmission matries. This one dimension photonic crystal consists of two kinds of materials, whose theoretic refraction indexes were 0. 920 and 0. 999 and with thickness ratio of 1:2, and its cycle unit is ABA structure. On this basis, a one dimension photonic cystal negative refraction concave lens was designed. Detailed analyzing its focus and diffraction by using theory and numerical calculation. Fi- nally, testing its function through simulation, and results show that when the lens radius much longer than incident wavelength, the diffraction ring around the focus bright spot will disappear and the transmission light will become a spot at the focus.
