摘 要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等手段,并结合现场生产,分析了酸洗后的热轧带钢的表面局部氧化铁皮残留现象的原因。结果表明,热轧带钢表面存在较厚且致密的Fe_3O_4和Fe_2O_3氧化层,氧化铁皮未被充分拉矫破鳞和溶解是造成此现象的直接原因。提出了改进此现象的两个有效措施:优化拉矫破鳞工艺使带钢表面的致密氧化层剥落或疏松;添加酸洗抑制剂,提高酸洗温度、浓度或降低酸洗速度。Combined with on-site production, the reasons for residual oxide scale on the surface of hot rolled strip steel after pickling were analyzed by using optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and so on. The results show that the surface of hot rolled strip steel has the thicker and dense Fe3O4 and Fe2O3 oxide layer, and the direct cause of this phenomenon is that the oxide scale is not fully broken and dissolved. Two effective measures to improve the phenomenon were put forward: optimizing the straightening scale breaking process makes the dense oxide layer on the strip steel surface spalling or loose; adding acid pickling inhibitor, improving the pickling temperature, concentration or reducing the pickling speed.
