摘 要:探讨了灰铸铁氮气孔缺陷的特征、影响因素及其影响机理,提出了预防氮气孔缺陷的主要措施。分析了马达壳铸件缺陷的宏观特征,对比了废品样与成品样的氧、氮、氢含量,明确了马达壳铸件缺陷为氮气孔。研究了影响铁液含氮量的主要因素,确定了增碳剂中氮超标为马达壳铸件氮气孔缺陷的根本原因。改用优质增碳剂重新熔炼浇注,各炉次铸件质量全部满足要求。The characteristics, influence factors and the mechanism of nitrogen porosity defect in gray cast iron were discussed, and the main measures to prevent nitrogen porosity were put forward. The macroscopic characteristics of the motor shell casting defect were analyzed, and the contents of oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen between waste sample and finished sample were compared, and it was clear that the defect of the motor shell casting was nitrogen porosity. The main factors affecting the nitrogen content in iron liquid were studied, it was determined that excessive nitrogen content in carburetant was the root cause of the defect. After remelting and pouring with high quality carburizing agent, the casting quality can fully meet the requirements.
