摘 要:超高层建筑中钢结构构件与钢筋冲突碰撞问题发生频繁,而利用BIM的虚拟技术模拟建造后,可以在施工前发现冲突部位,再采取优化钢构件或者钢筋形式、钢筋绑扎顺序等措施,有效解决这一问题。并且将解决措施形成设计文件、施工方案、交底记录等,最终BIM技术落地到现场施工。以武汉绿地中心项目为例,介绍该项目在遇到钢构件与钢筋交叉的复杂节点时,利用BIM技术优化钢筋设计的一系列措施。In super high-rise buildings, the collision of steel structures and steel bars is frequent. After modeling the progress of construction by BIM technology, many collisions can be found before the construction. And then engineers can deal with these problems by optimizing the style of steel structures or the binding order of steel bars construction. All these solutions are concluded in documents such as designing documents, constructing programs and technological descriptions, all of which can ensure the BIM technology to be applied in the site efficiently. This paper introduces how to use BIM technology to solve the problems caused by complex steel structures' joint in Wuhan Greenland Center project.
