意识障碍患者静息态脑网络对针刺合谷、太冲穴的反应性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨意识障碍病人静息态脑网络对针刺合谷、太冲的反应性。方法:以后扣带作为种子点,做全脑静息态功能连接分析,然后对意识障碍病人静息态脑网络在针刺合谷、太冲前后的反应变化进行统计分析,主要是默认网络和额顶网络。结果:默认网络功能连接强度在针刺前后未发生显著变化,后扣带回与额顶控制网络中的额上回及缘上回的拮抗作用在针刺后显著增强。结论:针刺合谷、太冲可能对意识障碍病人负责内外部意识的2个网络之间功能交互具有积极作用。Objective： To investigate the response of resting state networks in patients with disorder of consciousness to acupuncture Hegu and Taichong. Methods： The posterior cingulate gyrus was used as the seed point, and the whole brain functional connectivity analysis was performed, the changes of the resting state network mainly included default mode network and frontal parietal control network in patients with disorder of consciousness after acupuncture were analyzed. Results： Compared with the baseline state, functional connectivity of the default network did not changed significantly. Anti-correlation between the posterior cingulate gyrus and the right superious frontal and the right supramarginal gyrus in the fronto-parietal network was significantly enhanced after acupuncture Hegu and Taichong. Conclusion： In the patients suffer from disorder of consciousness, acupuncture of Hegu and Taichong may play a positive effect to modulate the interaction between the two networks which are responsible for the internal and external awareness.
