摘　　要：近年来,我国社会就业形势极为严峻,国家政府部门积极鼓励社会人员开启创业道路,而农民工返乡创业也掀起了农村创业热潮,促进城乡二元结构快速向现代化社会经济结构发展。现阶段,农民工返乡创业人数不断增加,极大推动新农村建设发展进程。自改革开放以后,农民工在经济发展方面做出较大贡献,极大促进着社会经济的迅猛发展。As the employment situation in China get serious in recent years, national government departments actively encourage people of all walks of life to start their business, which unfolds a vigorous mass upsurge among rural migrant workers to start returning-home entrepreneurship which promote the urban-rural dual structure to quickly develop into social economic structure. With the increasing number of migrant workers returning home, the entrepreneurial boom has greatly promoted the development of new rural construction process. Meanwhile, migrant workers have made greater contributions to the economic development since reform and opening up rural, which greatly promotes the rapid development of social economy.
