摘　　要：由于屏蔽泵具备全封闭、无泄漏、结构紧凑、运转平稳,日常维护工作量少等优点,已经逐步成为石油石化行业运送易气化、易燃易爆、有毒有害等特性介质的主流动设备。我单位的屏蔽泵在实际使用过程中,频繁出现机械故障,严重影响装置的正常生产。因此解决屏蔽泵频繁损坏的问题,成为影响整个装置安全运行的紧要任务。Due to the advantages of closed, non-leaking, compact structure, smooth operation and low maintenance ofdaily maintenance, the shielding pump has gradually become the main flow in the petroleum and petrochemical industry, such asvaporization, flammable and explosive, toxic and harmful media.equipment.I unit in the actual use of shielded pump process, frequentmechanical failure, seriously affecting the normal production of the device.Solve the problem of frequent damage to the shield pump, acritical task to affect the safe operation of the entire device.
