摘　　要：高校群体性突发事件的处理是高校学生管理工作的重要内容之一。在信息传媒和网络深入大学校园的当代社会,高校学生群体意识往往通过虚拟的网络平台得到迅速和规模扩散。因此,严格控制网络舆情的监测和预警成为群体性突发事件的当务之急。要加强高校群体性突发事件的网络舆情监测与预警管理,首先,要研究基本的理论体系,其次,要有针对性地建立制度平台,强化信息管理工作,加强对高校学生网络不良信息的源头控制,防范于未然。The treatment of college mass unexpected events is one of the important contents of college student affair management. In the contemporary society where with the information media and network world having penetrated into campus, the group consciousness among college students often get spread rapidly and massively through the virtual network platform. It becomes, therefore, the top priority to strictly control of network public opinion monitoring and early warning towards mass unexpected incidents. What should be done to strengthen the network public opinion monitoring and early warning management is to study the basic theory system, to accordingly establish the system platform, to strengthen information management, to strengthen the source control on college bad information from the network, and to have precaution before the happening.
