盐源县养猪场猪圆环病毒感染情况调查与分析

摘　　要：为了解盐源县养猪场猪圆环病毒病感染情况,本实验采集养猪场猪血清样本1980头份和疑似病例组织样本135头份,分别采用ELISA和PCR方法进行猪圆环病毒2型抗体和核酸检测,结果显示:在种猪场、商品猪场和农户猪场中,猪圆环病毒2型抗体的阳性率分别为37.50%(15/40)、32.84%(582/1772)和29.76%(50/168),平均为32.68%(647/1980);在种公猪、经产母猪、育成猪和哺乳仔猪中,猪圆环病毒2型抗体的阳性率分别为37.50%(3/8)、57.03%(73/128)、29.48%(342/1160)和33.47%(229/684);在种猪场、商品猪场和农户猪场疑似病例中,猪圆环病毒核酸检出率分别为86.36%(19/22)、77.45%(79/102)和72.73%(8/11)。结果表明,盐源县养猪场已普遍存在猪圆环病毒感染,应加强该病的预防与控制。To understand the infection situation of porcine circovirus disease in Yanyuan pig farms, 1980 samples of serum and 135 samples of suspected cases were collected and detected by ELISA and PCR respectively. The results showed that the positive rate of Porcine circovirus type 2 antibody were respectively 37.50% （15/40）, 32.84% （582/1772） and 29.76% （50/168） in breeding, commercial and scattered farms, with an average of 32.68% （647/1980）. The positive rates of antibody were respectively 37.50% （3/8）, 57.03% （73/128）, 29.48% （342/1160） and 33.47% （229/684） in the boars, the multiparous sows, the breeding pigs and the suckling piglets. Among the swine breeding farms, commercial farms and scattered farms, the detection rates of porcine circovirus in suspected cases were respectively 86.36% （19/22）, 77.45% （79/102） and 72.73% （8/11） These results suggested that the porcine circovirus infection have been prevalent in pig farms of Yanyuan County,should strengthen for prevention and control of this disease.
