摘　　要：从吸湿排汗袜原料选择、结构设计、款式设计、生产工艺等方面,系统介绍了3种具有吸湿排汗功能的袜子在伟焕电脑提花袜机上设计、生产的方法,以及上机操作注意事项。指出:吸湿排汗袜形式多样,结合不同的需求,可选择不同的原料结构组合,为功能袜品的开发提供一定的借鉴和参考。Starting from raw materials selection,structure design,style design and production process of hygroscopic and sweat releasing socks,the design,production methods and operation precautions of the machine for three kinds of socks with hygroscopic and sweat releasing function on Weihuan computerized jacquard hosiery machine were systematically introduced. The conclusions were that the hygroscopic and sweat releasing socks had various forms,different combination of raw materials and structures could be chosen for different demands,which provided certain reference for the development of functional socks.
